In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tie Studio Retail. By accessing or continuing to use this website, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you should not continue to use this website. We may at any time alter these Terms & Conditions and you agree to be bound by all future changes to these.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACTS

A contract will only be formed when we manually confirm your order by email or when your order is despatched. Receipt of an automatic email when placing your order does not constitute a contract and will not be binding on either party.

Non acceptance of an order may happen due to any of the following:

Product being unavailable from stock
Us being unable to get authorisation for your payment
Us being unable to contact you by phone or email using the information you have provided in your order
Us being unable to verify you billing or delivery address
Any discrepancies in your order

SPECIAL OFFERS / PRODUCTS ON SALE

We may offer any products on sale at reduced prices from time to time. All items offered are in new condition unless stated otherwise. These special offers and reduced prices may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Requests for sale at reduced prices will not be entertained after a special offer has been withdrawn.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Via Paypal on the website
Sending a cheque payable to The Tie Studio
Direct into our account (for larger trade orders only). Please call for details
All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch
Customers may cancel an order for a full refund by informing us by email / telephone call prior to the goods being dispatched.

DELIVERY - Free within UK mainland

We guarantee dispatch of all orders within 2 working days subject to availability. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact the customer to advise the expected delivery date. Standard delivery within the UK is FREE. Orders are dispatched by 1st Class post and usually arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.

All ties are sent out in padded jiffy bags. Each tie comes in a see through cellophane bag, Most of these orders fit through a normal letter box; however if your order is more than 3 ties, we recommend that there is someone available to take delivery. Any attempts for re-delivery that may have to be arranged may be chargeable to the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from our website. IF, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 7 days of receiving the goods to receive a full refund. WE ask that you notify us by email with your reasons for returning the item/s. All goods must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. A full refund will be made within 30 days of the items being returned in a re-saleable condition. Refund of postage charges will only be made if we are found not to have fulfilled our obligations at the time of order dispatch. When returning items, please package carefully and, for your own protection, use special delivery or registered post or recorded delivery to guarantee a signed next day return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

INTERNATIONAL & OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Tie Studio Retail is primarily a UK based business. All goods and services are priced in British Pounds Sterling £. For overseas customers paying by credit/ debit cards, the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. For goods shipped outside the UK, there will be shipping and insurance charges based on Royal Mail or charges made by a courier service.

Whilst we endeavor to provide clear and accurate information on this website and other marketing material that may be provided upon your request, The Tie Studio Retail does not give any warranties, express or implied, about the website and any information on it or any links from the website. The Tie Studio Retail shall not be liable for any damages arising directly, indirectly or otherwise from the use or inability to use this website or any links from this website. Tie Studio Retail shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, wasted costs or any other direct or indirect loss.
